This distance learning course will introduce learners to expanding their skills in the business sector, learning elements such as, effectively working as a team, workplace organisation, visual management systems, identify and solve problems and understand flow process analysis.
To complete the enrolment process, we are required to see proof of ID, such as a passport or driving license. We will also need to see either proof of earnings, such as a recent payslip (from within the last 3 months), or proof of benefits, such as a recent, full Universal Credit statement. This is so that we can check your eligibility for full funding.
These documents must be uploaded when completing your enrolment form.
This free distance learning Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Business Improvement Techniques course will introduce learners to expanding their skills in the business sector.

Due to the nature and course delivery of distance learning we require all applicants to hold a minimum of English Literacy Level 1 or equivalent. It may also be beneficial if you have experience of working in a team leading role or an environment where you have access to a team leader and policies and procedures relevant to leading a team in the workplace.
If you are between 19-23 years of age you must also have already achieved a full level 2 qualification (or higher) or 5 GCSE Grades A*-C/Grade 9-4.
We will require evidence of this in order to receive funding for you.

Each candidate is required to give written responses to questions, which will be submitted to a qualified script marker to assess. These responses can either be handwritten in the assessment booklets or typed using electronic templates which are provided at induction. Candidates are issued with workbooks to assist with assessments.
You will be required to submit 2 assessments each taking 4 weeks to complete.
Upon completion, you will receive a paper certificate through the post.
